Refund policy

Toro Digital observers and complies with the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 which requires us to give you certain information.

This guidance is specifically for sales made at a distance (for example, online or over the phone) or face-to-face somewhere that's not the business premises of the trader (also known as 'off-premises') or in a store.

Distance or off-premises sales

This applies to all contracts made over the phone or online.

Toro Digital will provide our customers with the following information:

  • A description of the goods, service or digital content, including how long any commitment will last on the part of the consumer;
  • The total price of the goods, service or digital service or the manner in which the price will be calculated if this can’t be determined;
  • How you will pay for the goods or services and when they will be provided to you;
  • Any and all additional delivery charges and other costs (and if these charges can't be calculated in advance, the fact that they may be payable) if applicable;
  • Details of who pays for the cost of returning items if you have a right to cancel and change your mind
  • Details of any right to cancel - the trader also needs to provide, or make available, a standard cancellation form to make cancelling easy (although you aren’t under any obligation to use it);
  • Information about us (the seller), including their geographical address and contact details and the address and identity of any other supplier for whom we may be acting;
  • Information on the compatibility of digital content with hardware and other software that the trader is aware of (or can reasonably be expected to be aware of).

Right to Cancel - 14 day cooling off period
If you are purchasing one of our products, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Should you wish to do so, at this point access to our online training material will be immediately restricted and you will receive a full refund. This also meets the European Union 14 day cooling off period obligation.

If you have purchased one of our downloadable products and wish to download the item within the 14 day cooling off period, you waive the right to cancel.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and considered your request for refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at admin@torodigital.tech.
